TETRA project Nieuwpoort

During the TETRA project ReCycle, several pilot sections were constructed:

1. 100 percent mixed rubble 0/7 in a 'sand-cement' application, 12 MPa

2. Recycled concrete with 60% mixed rubble granulates 0/7 and 7/20, 350 kg/m3 CEM II, 40 MPa and

3. cycle path between Heestert and Avelgem: as with test section 1, but now applied with an asphalt finisher, resulting in a nicer design.

All the cycle paths are still in use as of 2023.
